K는 2025년 9월 미니 4집 'Dear my muse'(디어 마이 뮤즈) 이후 약 9개월 만의 신작 'Midnight Ticket'과 동명 타이틀곡을 선보인다. 2008년 9월 데뷔 이래 다수의 2PM 그룹 히트곡과 솔로 앨범 크레디트를 장식하고 싱어송라이터 면모를 발휘해 온 JUN. K는 이번 신곡 역시 직접 작사, 작곡에 참여해 자신만의 감각적인 음악 색채와 선율을 그려냈다.
